A Judge is an individual sixteen years of age or older who has been trained and certified to mark competitive tests and competitions. Judges are qualified to officiate at or below a specified level of competition in one or more of singles, pairs, dance or synchronized skating.
An Evaluator is an individual sixteen years of age or older who has been trained and certified to assess tests in the STARSkate program. Evaluators are qualifed to assess tests at or below a specified level in one or more of the STARSkate program disciplines.
