By submitting photos, I hereby give consent (or parent if under 16) to Skate Canada: Alberta-NWT/Nunavut to publish my name, club information, and/or photo on the website and/or in the “ In the Loop" newsletter, it being understand and agreed that the “ In the Loop ” newsletter is being distributed in hard copy and electronic format and will be placed on the website in PDF format for viewing and downloading.
